Looks like we have hit the bulls eye with Mr Smeathers travel through the entire corrupt War on Drugs escalator. As I am sure Mr Smeaters knows full well this has become standard operating procedure for our so called justice system.
A quick update from Mr Smeathers on where he stands now. The case has not been prosecuted. He has filed a writ of mandamus against the judge. An order from the appeals court will force them to move. Hopefully his family can get some type of resolution and closure after all this time.
