smells a lot like Hulbert, Oklahoma. an FBI investigation found some serious corruption in the police department , and the MO was similar, years ago Oklahoma had a coruption investigation and 75 of it's 77 counties were found to be corrupt, apparently the message didnt get through to these county and city employees, maybe it's time we start a State wide investigation again, ....I'll vote a resounding YES
