Grand jury takes no action in Sullivan Central shooting - Kingsport Times-News Online
Are not all shootings justified by the police? I can not ever, ever, remember a case where the the TBI investigated and found fault with their fellow officers. And as far as grand juries are concerned, everyone knows they are just rubber stamps for the Attorney General or other prosecutors.
